See Kandela! Afro-Caribbean show, then dance the night away at La Cana Bar or one of several establishments at Altos de Chavon. Be sure to take advantage of our complimentary meringue lessons - the sizzling national dance of the Dominican Republic. So when the sun goes down and the night heats up you can dance late into the night.
For families catch the latest releases at the cinema, dine in the fresh air at the Marina, or kids have their own fun with our Kidz and Tweens at Night programs.

KandelaImmerse yourself in Afro-Caribbean rhythms with a profusion of movement, music, sensuality and color, under the stars in the majestic Altos de Chavón Amphitheater!
Kandelá! Is the most talked about musical extravaganza in the islands! Executive Producer Jose Antonio Molina, (who has directed musical arrangements for Pavarotti, Andrea Boccelli, and José Carreras), together with Artistic Producer Chiqui Haddad and Grammy Award-winning Musical Director, Manuel Tejada, create magic under the tropical sky at the Chavón Amphitheatre. Over 50 dancers and two renowned local singers take you on an incredible musical journey infused with the rhythmic essence of the Caribbean. Shows begin at 9:00 pm at the Altos de Chavón amphitheatre. The cost is $35.00 per adult / $15.00 per child ages 8-12 and tickets may be purchased upon arrival at Guest Services. La Caña ShowsIn the main area of the resort, the La Caña Bar is a wonderful place for a relaxing nightcap or a fun-filled evening of sizzling Latin music; dancing and live entertainment starting every evening at 10:30 pm. Be sure to take advantage of the complimentary merengue lessons (the dance of the island) during your stay so you too can sizzle - Latin style - on the dance floor! Kids at NightEvening programs offer a night off for you and a night out for the kids! Casa de Campo´s Kidz (4-7 years) and Tweens (8-12 years) at Night programs provide kids with their own evening out - sans adults - in a safe and fully supervised program. Both groups will enjoy their evening meals, and then have age appropriate fun with activities such as treasure hunting, mini Olympics, puppet shows and more for the Kidz, while the older Tweens will be playing basketball, painting murals, and mummy wrapping, to name a few. Prices are per child, with 24-hour advance reservations required. There is a surcharge for cancellations received within 24 hours of program operation.

Onno´s Tapas BarEvenings begin with soft music, and as the night progresses, Onno´s at Altos de Chavon, transforms into a fabulous nighttime hot spot! The food and drinks continue to flow to keep guests content and refreshed, while the DJ plays a great variety of music that keeps the place hopping til the wee hours.the dancing starts inside and overflows onto the porch for dancing and relaxing under a starry Caribbean sky.
