Casa de Campo Resort® & Villas receives the “GREAT PLACE TO WORK” certification
Casa de Campo, a resort in the Dominican Republic, obtained the “GREAT PLACE TO WORK® Caribbean and Central America” certification for August 2022-2023, one of the most qualified nationally and internationally, which is awarded annually by the Great Place to Work Institute to the best bosses in the world. As a result of hard work, the Resort received a Trust Index score of 92%, thus placing it above the national and regional averages of 86% and 85% respectively, making it by far one of the most suitable and idyllic places to work in the country and the Caribbean.
To determine an organization’s excellence, Great Place to Work assesses employee experiences in promoting high-yielding crops and trust in business. This extraordinary achievement was possible thanks to the collaboration of the great family of Resort collaborators, who had a participation level of 98% in the first organizational climate survey process. Among the most outstanding indicators is the pride of belonging to the company with 97%, followed by fellowship with 94%, cooperation and teamwork with 94% and credibility with 92%.
