Wow! It is a very beautiful feeling. You start the sport for fun and as you develop more professionally, all the achievements are special. The most recent was the most rewarding because I went through many personal problems leading up to it – that made it super special. But all the glory is always blessed from God.
WHAT DO YOU REMEMBER OF THE FIRST TIME YOU CAME TO CASA DE CAMPO? WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO HERE?
The first time was at the age of 14. Ufff! A long time ago!! Now, what I appreciate most here is the nature, the tranquility offered by this beautiful place and of course all its areas, including Altos de Chavón and the spectacular golf courses.

From day one, working with Los Toros has been unique. The organization is eager to do things well, and above all win and be the best in the Dominican Baseball League. I am very fortunate to be in charge of this club and super grateful.
IF YOU HAD ANY ADVICE TO GIVE AN ASPIRING BASEBALL MANAGER, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
It’s simple – be humble. God is the one who places you where you are. At work, you represent many people, and you represent the King of Kings. That’s why you should always give your best.
