CHEF HUBERT KELLER

Classically trained by France’s top chefs, Keller is one of America’s most widely recognized and acclaimed chefs. He has owned and operated ‘Fleur de Lys’ in San Francisco, ‘Fleur by Hubert Keller’, the acclaimed ‘Burger Bar’ in Las Vegas.

CHEF SHAWN MCCLAIN

As a James Beard Award Winner and outstanding restaurateur, Shawn has opened six renowned restaurants in Chicago and Las Vegas including Spring restaurant (innovative seafood), Sage restaurant (new American), Green Zebra (Vegetarian), Five50 Pizza Bar and Libertine Social (next generation gastropub).

CHEF SCOTT CONANT

Scott Conant brings flawless technique and an unwavering passion to creating soulful food in a convivial atmosphere. With a career spanning more than 35 years, a portfolio of acclaimed restaurants, cookbooks, television shows and an ever-expanding brand, Conant has established himself as one of the world's leading chefs.

CHEF TITA

Inés Páez, also known as Chef Tita, is the Head Chef at Morisoñando Restaurant and author of La Nueva Cocina Dominicana, she focuses on preserving Dominican culinary heritage and promoting local products.
