Personal checks are NOT accepted as payment at the hotel. Personal checks are accepted for prepayments. Checks can be made payable to CASA DE CAMPO RESORT AND VILLAS.

Casa de Campo’s 100% Hurricane Guarantee

 

If, within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival, a Hurricane Watch* or Hurricane Warning* is issued in La Romana, Dominican Republic, your city of origination, or in your travel route and you cannot arrive, you may cancel your reservation and receive:

  • 100% credit towards a future stay at the resort
  • Cancellation penalties waived
  • Future stay is subject to availability and prevailing rates for the season selected
  • Valid to both group and individual guests within one year from dates of original dates of travel

If, while you are a guest at the resort, a Hurricane Watch* or Hurricane Warning* is issued for La Romana, Dominican Republic, you may depart early and receive:

  • 100% credit on the deposited, unused nights remaining on your visit to be credited towards a future return visit within one year
  • Cancellation penalties waived
  • Future stay is subject to availability and prevailing rates for the season selected
  • Valid for both group and individual travel within one year from dates of original dates of travel
  • The resort will also provide all possible assistance to facilitate departures and guest safety

* Applies to hurricane watch and hurricane warning as defined by and issued by the US National Weather Service.

Golf Group Policies and Information

 

  • Please see the Casa de Campo Cancelation Policy’s for hotel rooms and Villas above
  • All cancellations must be sent in writing to the email to Vacation Planner vpcdc@ccampo.com.door your sales manager.
  • A deposit will be required at the time of booking; the deposit amount is determined by the sales manager at the time of booking. Reservation must be guaranteed with a deposit payment, Remaining balance payment is then taken at time of check-in.
    • Deposits are non-refundable
    • If a guest makes a deposit and needs to cancel, the deposit may be used as a credit for a future stay that is booked within 12 months from the time of the cancelation. A credit email will be sent to the guest with the amount and the date the credit expires. The credit email must be presented at the time of rebooking to receive the credit.
  • Always check our Maintenance Schedule before booking your golf getaway.
  • Golf is included throughout your stay, including arrival day and departure day. Golf courses and tee times are not guaranteed and subject to availability.(*)
  • Tee Times are booked based on availability – to verify availability please email the golf department at golf@ccampo.com.do.
  • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all rounds of golf, per person. Please let the golf shop or golf office know if you wish to cancel or modify a tee time while on property.
  • One caddie per four-some is mandatory on Teeth of the Dog® , and is recommended on Dye Fore and the Links golf courses.
  • Unused package features or package days are non – refundable.
  • Package features are non – transferable.
  • Refunds are not given for course closures.
  • Rain checks do not apply.
  • Replay rounds cannot be booked in advance. Replay rounds are based on availability the same day. You may confirm the chance to replay with the golf pro shop following your first round.
  • If you would like to secure your replay round on any course with a guaranteed tee time, this round will be charged in full prior to your tee time, at the hotel guest golf rate.
  • Tee times & other activities are based on availability.
  • All guests will be charged a hold of US$100.00 per day at check-in including professionals.

ACTIVITY NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Hotel Guest

Reservation to be guaranteed by the credit card/voucher used for hotel booking.

HIGH SEASON (4 JAN – 25 APR)

Allowing cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the specific activity, cancellation after the start time or no show will be charged at 100% cost. Modification after 24 hours is subject to availability.

CHRISTMAS (21 DEC – 3 JAN)

In the time of booking: 100% non-ref, doesn’t allow cancellation without cost (100% cxl fee) and doesn’t allow any modification.

LOW SEASON (26 APR – 20 DEC)

No guarantee. The guest will be called 24 hours before to confirm the booking.

Villa Owners

Reservation to be guaranteed by courtesy card, if the villa owner does not have the courtesy card, it needs to be guaranteed by the credit card (need to accept in written our conditions, to be charged: send an email with the policy to be signed by the customer and send back or come to the office).

HIGH SEASON (4 JAN – 25 APR)

Allowing cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the activity, cancellation after the start time or no show will be charged at 100% cost. The cancellation or no-show penalty will be charged only in the case that the specific area could not resell this slot *. Modification after 24 hours is subject to availability.

CHRISTMAS (21 DEC – 3 JAN)

In the time of booking: 100% non-ref, doesn’t allow cancellation without cost (100% cxl fee) and doesn’t allow any modification.
