Classically trained by France’s top chefs, Keller is one of America’s most widely recognized and acclaimed chefs. He has owned and operated ‘Fleur de Lys’ in San Francisco, ‘Fleur by Hubert Keller’, the acclaimed ‘Burger Bar’ in Las Vegas.
CHEF SCOTT CONANT
Scott Conant turns ordinary ingredients into extraordinary experiences. Celebrating over 35 years of culinary brilliance, his passion and commitment reminds us how food can feed the soul.
CHEF MICHAEL MINA
Michael Mina is the chef and founder of The MINA Group, with over 30 award-winning restaurants nationwide. His honors include a Michelin star, Gayot’s Restaurateur of the Year, and Robb Report’s “50 Most Powerful People in American Fine Dining.” His 2024 cookbook, My Egypt, explores his culinary roots.
CHEF TITA
Inés Páez, also known as Chef Tita, is the Head Chef at Morisoñando Restaurant and author of La Nueva Cocina Dominicana, she focuses on preserving Dominican culinary heritage and promoting local products.
