- No deposit is required upon booking; full payment is taken at check-in, guaranteed by a valid credit card.
- Cancellations made up to 24 hours before arrival are fully refundable, with a one-night no-show fee.
- All-inclusive package includes meals and drinks at resort signature restaurants (except Minitas Beach Club & SBG) and bars.
- Golf is included throughout the stay, subject to availability. Tee times not guaranteed.

Teeth of the Dog® Restoration
Please note that from January 20th to Mid-November, 2025, Teeth of the Dog® golf course will be closed and undergoing a restoration. The resort’s other two courses Dye Fore and Links will remain open to guests.
